Tips to Improve Your Sleep Part 2

Sleep is one of the most important pieces to good mental health, and I've been struggling with mine due to chronic nightmares from PTSD for 8 years. But over the last month, my sleep has been improving.

The domino effect created by quality sleep can change your life. When you're rested, you're able to make better decisions, plan for the future, and have the capacity to take care of yourself and your responsibilities, which helps combat anxiety and low mood.

Want better sleep? I've created two videos sharing tips that actually have helped me improve my sleep, and as a result my ability to take care of myself, my family, and enjoy my life. If you enjoy my content, please consider becoming a subscriber! My videos are about improving your mental health and self-worth alongside healing trauma and raising kids. :)
