A priceless outcome for just $50!
That’s me! Making time and space for my needs before I take care of everyone else.
Self-care doesn’t solve all your problems. It replenishes you so that you can handle life’s challenges from a place of strength instead of depletion.
My kiddos and my reason for starting my self-care journey.
Hi, I’m Mia!
I’m a mom, an abuse survivor, and a trauma-informed self-care coach.
I also live with PTSD and depression.
I help women whose wants and needs are always on the back burner to finally love and care for themselves.
There is so much outside of our control that contributes to burnout.
High cost of childcare, inflexible work schedules, never-ending to-do lists, the mental load… I could go on.
If you feel like you can barely stay afloat, I have been there before MANY times, and I still approach borderline burnout too because the world we live in puts a tremendous amount of labor on mothers without the support we need to manage it all in a sustainable and healthy way.
The day I had a mental breakdown from trying to be a full-time stay at home mom to my two-year-old son and my infant baby girl. The exhaustion and isolation got to me.

— Kate D.G.
“I have a pretty big “me bucket” that’s over in the corner — never touched, never seen. Rituals that Replenish allowed me to pour back into that ‘me bucket.’”
— Nikita B.H.
“As someone who lives with mental illness, Mia has been a great model for me — seeing and hearing the way she speaks to and about herself and her journey, and the tools and coping skills she's developed helps me feel less alone, and allows me to see the behaviors of someone who's dealing with similar situations and is a bit further in their healing journey.”
— Jayde B.
This workshop is ideal for you if…
You are getting close to or are already burnt out.
You want a routine but struggle to make one.
You need more self-care in your life, but you haven’t been able to make it happen.
The typical self-help advice about self-care and building habits doesn’t work for you.
You feel guilty when you try to do something for yourself.
You have a hard time setting boundaries or asking for help.
You blame yourself when your self-care intentions don’t go as planned.
At the end of this workshop, you will know how to…
Check in with your well-being on a regular basis.
Notice your internal and external obstacles so that you can stop blaming yourself for things that are outside of your control, and instead shift into finding solutions that meet you where you’re at.
Set boundaries that free up time, space, and energy for the self-care you need.
Choose the type of self-care that will actually replenish you (instead of feeling pressured to do what you see other people doing online).
Approach ritual-building in a way that respects the season of life you’re in and the challenges you live with (e.g. motherhood, mental illness, neurodivergency, past trauma, etc.)
Respond to the mental resistance that will eventually come up when you go through the ritual-building process.
Easily make adjustments to your self-care plan without shame or guilt clouding your decision-making.
How is my workshop different?
In short, I live what I teach.
For years now, I’ve been using self-care rituals to replenish and support me as I heal from PTSD and depression, raise two kids, and help other women in my work as a coach and a mental health advocate.
I also know what it’s like to be spread thin as a mom, to work a lot to keep my family afloat, and to not have a lot of supportive family living nearby to help out.
I used to believe that self-care was for people with a lot of time and money on their hands until I was severely anxious and depressed 3 years ago, and I desperately needed a way out.
It was to my surprise that my “way out” would be a new approach to self-care that was accessible and deeply healing to me.
As I continued to heal and live my life more fully, I wanted to share what I was learning, which is when I started coaching other women who have also experienced life-changing results after working with me.
Seeing my clients improve their happiness and well-being is when I knew beyond a doubt that what I was teaching was needed by more than just me.
What you’ll learn in this 3-week program is going to form a foundation you can use to create self-care rituals that will support you for the rest of your life.
And more importantly, developing self-care rituals will help you enjoy your life more fully because when your well-being is taken care of, you’re able to show up for your life as the healthiest and most authentic version of yourself. And honestly, there’s nothing better than that.
