WHO AM I?

My name is Mia Hemstad. I am an abuse survivor, a mom of two kids, and I live with PTSD and depression. I've been on my own healing journey for the last 8 years. What I teach in this class is a summary of the most helpful knowledge, tips, and frameworks that have helped me rebuild my self-worth, heal a lot of my trauma, and finally take care of myself without feeling any guilt or shame about it. I've also been teaching this to clients for two years with the same results. I'm excited for you to watch the class and see for yourself what it can do for you!
