The Rituals that Replenish Program Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions pertain to the Rituals that Replenish program, hereinafter referred to as “the Program.”
No Refunds
There are no refunds on the Rituals that Replenish program. All sales are final. This term supersedes any other terms regarding refunds.
Not a substitute for mental health treatment or medical advice.
The Rituals that Replenish program and anything that Mia Hemstad or Mia Hemstad LLC creates or says, including but not limited to courses, presentation slides, PDFs, emails, digital downloads, live communication, and videos, are not meant to be a substitute for medical or mental health treatment or advice. Program content must not be shared with people who didn’t buy the Program.
Passwords, account credentials, videos, and other content related to the Program are not meant to be shared. Only the person who purchased the Rituals that Replenish program can use it. Sharing any content from the Program with a person who has not purchased the Program can result in prosecution and penalties.
Do not share, duplicate, or resell the Program.

No part of this Program may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted in any form or by any means, including photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without the prior written permission of the publisher, except in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other noncommercial uses permitted by copyright law. Mia Hemstad reserves the right to remove a member from the Program at any time.
The Program includes a private online forum for members of the Program. This online community forum is meant to be a safe space for members of the Program to share their experiences. Disrespectful, harmful, or unsolicited comments are not allowed and can result in immediate removal from the Program.
You give Mia Hemstad permission to record you during live sessions of the Program.
The live sessions of the Program are recorded and shared with members of the Program. You have the right to turn off your camera and change your name to protect your privacy.Contact Mia Hemstad if you have questions.
